Mizenga “remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators,” Lt. Garrett Malloy of the Londonderry Police Department said. After an investigation by the department’s traffic accident reconstruction team, a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Mizenga was released on personal recognizance and is due in Derry District Court for arraignment on June 11.

“We extend our sincere thanks to the witnesses who remained on scene and provided critical information to our officers,” Malloy said. “We also wish to thank the Manchester Police Department for their assistance during the response and investigation.”
