“Earlier this month I, along with our law enforcement partners, discussed our efforts to reduce violent crime,” Manchester Chief Allen Aldenberg said. “In that release, I explained that all available resources were being used to investigate, identify, and arrest violent offenders. This is a prime example of those efforts. In response to this shooting incident, significant work was completed by personnel from throughout the department, which resulted in the quick arrest of Mr. Moura. I say, again — anyone who thinks they can commit violence in this city should be on notice."
