Mass. Man Charged with Drug Possession, Vandalism
The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
SEPTEMBER 15, 2013
6:00 a.m. Matthew Paul Johnson, 29, of 183 Kendall Road in Tyngsboro, Mass. is arrested on Victoria Drive and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and possession of controlled/narcotic drugs, possession of drugs (in a motor vehicle) and criminal trespass. He was held on $5,000 cash bail.
8:46 a.m. Jason E. Puffen, 29, of 71 N. High St. Apt. 13 in Derry, N.H. is arrested on Warner Street and charged with theft of lost or mislaid property and two counts of fraudulent use of credit card. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail. Court date set for Oct. 2, 2013 at Derry District Court.
3:26 p.m. Darlene Delorise Schneider, 50, of 17 Malvern St. Apt. 1 in Manchester, N.H. is arrested on I-93 southbound south of Exit 4 and charged with motor vehicle inspection violations, open container of alcohol, disobeying an officer and arrest on a warrant. She was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail. Court date set for Oct. 2, 2013 at Derry District Court.
