Multiple Arrests Made After Riot At Manchester Restaurant
Police said an argument turned into a brawl at the Red Arrow Diner with tables overturned, glass broken, and dozens of people fighting.

MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police have made an additional arrest for an incident that happened at the Red Arrow Diner on Lowell Street on Aug. 16.
Police responded to the restaurant at about 12:45 a.m. after police said a diner employee called police to report a large fight in progress. The caller said there were as many as two dozen people involved and there were injuries.
On arrival, police found overturned tables, plates broken, and plexiglass barriers shattered.

Officers gathered information from the employee who said a group of males walked into the restaurant began arguing with two males seated at one of the tables. As the argument escalated and turned physical, one of the men seated at the table was assaulted. The employee said the altercation spread to the rest of the dining area causing substantial damage.
Investigators identified people involved in the altercation and arrest warrants were issued.

On Aug. 18, the Manchester Police Anti-Crime Unit located some of these suspects at Rimmon Street. With the help of SWAT personnel, Griffin O’Neil, 19, and Xavier Clement, 20, both of Manchester were arrested and charged with felony riot. At the time of his arrest, O’Neil was also actively wanted for violating the terms of his probation stemming from a drug possession charge late last year.
Another man, Emmanuel Sayle, 20, was also located at the address. He was taken into custody on an outstanding Hillsborough Superior Court warrant for a violation of bail.
Police said a 17-year-old who was involved in the incident at the diner was also charged.
On Tuesday, police issued an arrest warrant for Trenton Liggins, 19, on felony riot charge in connection with the incident. He turned himself into the Manchester Police Department later.
After Liggins' arrest, it was discovered that he was out on bail stemming from previous charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and riot dating back to June 2020. Liggins was additionally charged with one count of violation of bail.
The Red Arrow Diner in Manchester has experienced several incidents involving police investigations dating back to 2019.
