S.W.A.T. Incident Ends Safely After Several Hours In Manchester

A man is accused of refusing to come out of a residence after police said he allegedly was involved in a domestic violence incident

MANCHESTER, NH - On Friday, August 7, 2020, Manchester Police were called to Somerville St at approximately 6:45 pm for a report of a domestic incident.

MPD said "upon responding to that address officers located a male and female who were determined to be the involved parties".

The male allegedly assaulted the female before fleeing back into the residence where he barricaded himself for several hours.

Manchester SWAT personnel responded and were eventually able to take the subject into custody. The subject was identified as

Tyler Corriveau, 22 of Manchester was taken into custody at the scene. MPD said "As a result of the investigation, Corriveau was charged with Simple Assault, Resisting Arrest, Burglary and Receiving Stolen Property."
