Second Arrest Made In Connection To Shooting Outside Restaurant

John Akot, 20, of Manchester is accused of reckless conduct after police investigate a shooting incident outside a Valley Street eatery.

MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester police have arrested a second person in connection to a shooting investigation outside 3 Kitchens Bar and Grill on Valley Street.

MPD Spokesperson Heather Hamel said,"On Dec. 2, 2020, Manchester police arrested John Akot, 20, of Manchester in connection with an Oct. 24, 2020, incident outside 3 Kitchens Bar and Grille at 333 Valley St."

Manchester police said on that morning, around 1:20 a.m., police responded to the area after receiving a report of gunshots. There were no reported injuries but multiple shell casings were located on the ground.

Akot is charged with felony reckless conduct.

On Dec. 1, Manchester police arrested Reda Shehabeldin of Londonderry in connection with the same incident. Shehabeldin was also charged with felony reckless conduct.
