Londonderry Man Accused Of Shooting Man Inside Derry Apartment
Justin Best of Londonderry was arrested accused of shooting Tyler Andrews of Derry during a fight. Best was charged with reckless conduct.
DERRY, NH — Derry police have made an arrest in connection to a fatal shooting incident on Linlew Drive on Monday.
Fire and police responded to the multi-unit apartment building for a report of a man lying on the ground in the hallway of the building, and in need of medical attention. Responders determined the man had sustained an apparent gunshot wound. He was transported to the Elliot Hospital where he subsequently died as a result of the injuries.
Police identified the man as Tyler Andrews, 24, of Derry.

After the initial investigation, police arrested Justin Best of Londonderry. Best is charged with one count of reckless conduct, a class B felony. He is scheduled to be arraigned in Rockingham County Superior Court on Wednesday.

Detectives were at Linlew Drive throughout the day processing the scene. Earlier in the day, a Derry Police Officer was at Atlas Place outside of a home where they responded Monday night for a man who had superficial stab wounds from a fight that occurred in Derry. The incidents were dispatched within 30 minutes of each other, and are believed to be connected.
