Woman Arrested on Nashua Road for Disobeying an Officer
The following are excerpts from the Londonderry police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
AUGUST 19, 2013
9:08 a.m. Burglary is reported on Page Road.
12:14 p.m. Motor vehicle accident involving a 1997 Buick 4-door and a 2007 Ford F-150 is reported on Devonshire Lane at Route 102.
12:24 p.m. Don Howard Little, 29, of 7 Piper Lane in Rochester, N.H. is arrested on a warrant for another jurisdiction.
5:39 p.m. Cheryl Elliott, 53, of 167 West Road in Canterbury, N.H. is arrested on Nashua Road and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, disobeying an officer and two other warrants.
Bail was set at $5,000 cash personal recognizance plus the $40 bail commissioner's fee. Elliott is now scheduled to be arraigned in Derry District Court on Sept. 9, 2013. She was released to the Belknap County Sheriff's Office, who responded to take custody of her on their charges.
6:15 p.m. Melanie Croteau, 34, of 232 Wight St. in Berlin, N.H. is arrested on a bench warrant out of Berlin District Court.
6:44 p.m. Juvenile offenses are reported on South Road.
