Woman Charged with Criminal Trespass, Resisting Arrest

AUGUST 18, 2013
9:23 a.m. Kristy Lynn Brunet, 31, of 215 Groveland Ave. in Manchester, N.H. is arrested on Harvey Road and charged with violation of protective order; penalty, criminal trespass and resisting arrest or detention.
Brunet was transported to Rockingham House of Corrections and given a court date of Sept. 9, 2013 at 8:15 a.m. in Derry District Court.
12:28 p.m. Attempted suicide is reported on Mammoth Road.
1:49 p.m. Ashley Nicole Bellegarde, 24, of 5 Gardner Circle in Londonderry, N.H. is arrested on Gardner Circle and charged with simple assault.
Bellegarde was transported to the Rockingham House of Corrections and given a court date of Sept. 9, 2013 at 8:15 a.m. in Derry District Court.
1:49 a.m. Brianna Lynn Bellegarde, 21, of 5 Gardner Circle in Londonderry, N.H. was arrested on Gardner Circle and charged with simple assault and stalking.
Bellegarde was transported to the Rockingham House of Corrections and given a court date of Sept. 9, 2013 at 8:15 a.m. in Derry District Court.
9:19 p.m. Juvenile offenses are reported on Fieldstone Drive.
10:24 p.m. Weapons offenses are reported on Old Derry Road.
