  1. Winter is returning with light snow expected tonight (Feb. 21) and a stronger storm expected late Wednesday evening into Thursday night. The storm is expected to bring messy travel conditions with a chance of up to 12 inches of snow. Snow will likely change to sleet for a time Thursday into Thursday evening, especially in far southern parts of the state; although, the exact northward extent of the mix line is still to be determined. 2. A person who purchased the winning Tri-State Megabucks ticket from Saturday night's drawing was sold in nearby Bedford at the Leavy Drive Liquor Store — and it could be yours. The winner matched all five winning numbers and the Mega Ball number to win the jackpot of $1.77 million. The numbers were 6-24-27-36-40 and the Mega Ball was six, according to the New Hampshire Lottery. (Manchester Information)
  3. As a reminder, the City of Manchester is seeking proposals from vendors for exclusive rights to sell their products at assigned facilities for a seven-month period effective Apr. 1. and ending Oct. 31. Proposals are due by Mar. 15 for vending at Gill Stadium, Dupont Splash Pad, and more. For the detailed list of locations, head over to the link. (Manchester Ink Link)
