5 Things: Share Your Message of Thanks

Here are five things you should know as you start your Tuesday.

1. Vote for Patch's Facebook cover photo. Voting is on for Merrimack Patch's next Facebook cover photo. The entries are posted and voting is open until Wednesday. Cast your vote by leaving a comment in the comment section on our contest page. The winner's photo will be used on Faceboook and the photog will win a $50 gift card.

2. Pets as Pilgrims. Here's an adorable early Thanksgiving treat for those of you who love pets in costume. These dogs and cats are dressed up as pilgrims. Some seem to take it more in stride than others. Check out the photos.

3. Giving thanks. We know there are more of you out there who have something to be thankful this holiday season. We've rounded up a few comments but would love to produce a larger compilation of who and what Merrimack's residents are thankful for. 4. Christmas crafts. Ready to start thinking Christmas yet. Register now for Monday's Christmas crafts event at the Merrimack Public Library. Christmas crafts, refreshments and door prizes. For ages 3+ with an adult. Christmas Favorites is from 6:30-7:45 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 26. Register using an adult Merrimack Library card.

5. Weather watch. Did you say you wanted sunny skies and 50 degree weather today? OK! Patchy fog is expected before 8 a.m., but then the skies should clear and temperatures will climb. Tonight will be mostly cloudy, with a low around 31.
