5 Things: Go on a Blind Date With a Book
Don't forget, petitioned warrant articles are due on Tuesday, Feb. 12.

1. Tuesday deadline. Tuesday is the last day to submit petitioned warrant articles and bonds for consideration at the 2013 Town Meeting and annual school district meeting.
2. Storm photos. Have you checked our community gallery of storm photos and videos? We've seen some great pictures come in from around town of post-storm fun, post-storm clean up and some beautiful shots of what Mother Nature left behind. Check the photos out at the link above and help build the gallery with more of your own.
3. Go on a blind date. With a book. Whether you like romance, laughs or an adventure, try a "Blind Date With A Book" during February and you may just fall in love...Visit the Merrimack Public Library's Blind Date Books displays (in both Adult and Teen areas!) to find your match...and don't forget to rate your date! Books are covered with a paper bag and have a description written on the outside to help you decide which book to take out. Visit the Merrimack Public Library at 470 Daniel Webster Highway.

4. Bus Drivers Needed. SAU 26 is hiring part-time school bus drivers. To qualify, you must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a DOT physical, background check and drug test.
