'Academic Indicators' at Merrimack High
U.S. News & World Report issued its 2014 list of best high schools in the nation.
The U.S. News & World Reports issued its 2014 best high schools list this week, and it included the following "academic indicators" for Merrimack High School:
- Proficiency in reading: 84 percent
- Proficiency in math: 48 percent
- College Readiness Index: 14.8
"At Merrimack High School, students have the opportunity to take Advanced Placement® course work and exams. The AP® participation rate at Merrimack High School is 19 percent. The student body makeup is 53 percent male and 47 percent female, and the total minority enrollment is 6 percent."
