ARREST LOG: Teen Arrested for Reckless Driving at Outlets

The following arrest information was provided by the Merrimack Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

A Merrimack teen was charged with reckless driving on Tuesday on charges stemming from a Nov. 30 incident at the Merrimack Premium Outlets when he was reported for driving erratically.

Timothy Pinet, 17, of 34 Peaslee Road, Merrimack, was arrested shortly before 9:30 a.m. at his home on a warrant for reckless driving.

Police say they were called to the Merrimack Premoum Outlets at 12:38 p.m. on Nov. 30 for a driver who security officers observed driving at a high rate of speed, squealing its tires, and failing to slow down at crosswalks.

Police identified Pinet as the operator of the vehicle, following a short investigation. He was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in Merrimack district court on Jan. 8.

Kelsie Sollinger, 17, of 392 Mason Road, Milford, was charged with possession of marijuana. Merrimack Police were alerted Dec. 5 by Milford Police of a missing juvenile, Sollinger, from their community. Merrimack Police located Sollinger and placed her into protective custody. When police were inventorying her belongings, they found her in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Sollinger was arrested and later released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. She was ordered to appear in Merrimack district court on Jan. 8.

Douglas Bellamy-Crawford, 21, of 4 Oxford St., Merrimack,  was charged Tuesday with operating after suspension, a second offense. Police arrested Crawford on Dec. 5 on warrant from Nov. 30 when they responded to a disabled motor vehicle on Peaslee Road and learned Bellamy-Crawford was operating the vehicle despite having had his privilege to do so revoaked. It was further learned that Bellamy-Crawford had a previous conviction for the same offense dating back to 2010. He was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail. Bellamy-Crawford has been ordered to appear before the Merrimack Circuit Court on January 8, 2013, to answer to the charge.
