Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013

  • 1:23 a.m.: Arrested Douglas Cavanaugh, 19, of 13 Ross St., Nashua, on a charge of possession of alcohol.
  • 3:05 p.m.: Responded to Route 101A for a possible assault. 
  • 9:12 a.m.: Arrested Jeffrey Yule, 30, of 2 Timber Lane, Merrimack, on an electronic bench warrant.
  • 9:50 a.m.: Report of a crow acting strangely.
  • 10:23 a.m.: Responded to Daniel Webster Highway for a two-car accident. Drivers were Jennifer DeMaggio of Manchester and Andrew Masterson of Bedford.
  • 2:51 p.m.: Complaint of hunters in the area of Wire Road and Bryant Circle. 
  • 2:55 p.m.: Check fraud reported on Daniel Webster Highway.
  • 3:19 p.m.: A Willow Bridge Road resident reported hearing a loud explosion.

Sunday, Sept. 8, 2013

  • 8:19 a.m.: Responded to Klara Drive for an accident with a mailbox. Driver was John Taylor of Milford.
  • 10:38 a.m.: Responded to Route 101A for a two-car accident. Drivers were Stephanie Burns of Hollis and Kayla Latulippe of Milford.
  • 12:11 p.m.: Report of a giant turtle in the middle of Middlesex Road.
  • 1:05 p.m.: Arrested Ashley Rutkowski, 24, of 38 Fairway Drive, Merrimack, on a warrant for simple assault.
  • 5:20 p.m.: Complaint of OHRVs in the terrain park off Lawrence Road while the park is closed.
  • 10:18 a.m.: Arrested Stephen Muise, 31, of 587 Rimmon St., No. 3, Manchester, on a warrant for theft by unauthorized taking. 
  • 10:12 p.m.: Arrested Jeffrey Jenness, 35, of 21 Fairway Drive, Merrimack, on two counts of domestic-related criminal mischief.
