Finish Your Degree in 20 Months at NCC
Choose business, psychology, or data analytics.

MERRIMACK – For Merrimack adults seeking an edge in their job search, Nashua Community College has created a fast-track to a business, data analytics, or psychology degree with the Accelerated Lifelong Learning Program, known as ALL. Finish an associate degree in 20 months, or a certificate in 10 months.
ALL mixes online, evening, and weekend education to complement a 9-5 work schedule, so adult learners can continue working while enrolled in a full-time college schedule.
“For these first pilot programs, we selected high-demand degrees that work well in an accelerated format,” said Samantha Belcourt, CTE and Continuing Education Coordinator. “We’ve created a structured schedule of classes around a typical work schedule to keep students on track.”

“ALL was created exclusively for adult learners. Students who had to put college on hold can enroll for the first time, or return to complete a degree,” said Belcourt. ALL students can also earn credit for work experience, putting them ahead in the program. This includes military experience and ACE credit.
Due to launch this fall with the options below, ALL offers a carefully selected course schedule to balance a full-time associate degree or certificate course load with full-time work.
Fall 2020 programs:
· Business Administration: Management
· Business Administration: Small Business Entrepreneur
· Psychology
· Data Analytics Certificate (10-month program)
How it works:
Students take two, 8-week courses at a time, including during the summer term, to complete an associate degree in 20 months, or a certificate within 10 months. The ALL program maps out structured course schedules so students can plan ahead and know what to expect for class time and homework.
Full-time courses for a full-time workers means a packed schedule, but by selecting online, evening, and weekend classes, ALL provides a framework for students to balance work and school. “Aside from having a mapped out program, students will also have the guidance of student support staff and a team of peers to help them succeed,” said Belcourt.
While ALL will launch with data analytics, business and psychology, more degree and certificate pathways will launch as the program continues.
