FIRE LOG: Called to Back Up a Domestic in Progress

Friday Nov. 30, 2012
9:18 a.m.: Station 1and 2 were dispatched to a multifamily residence on Winrow Road for an elderly female who had fallen.
Ambulance 1 and Engine 2 responded and found an elderly female who had fallen. The patient was treated and transported to St. Joseph Hospital.
9:37 a.m.: Station 1 and 2 were dispatched to a residence on Bigwood Drive for a juvenile male who was sick.

Ambulance 2 and Engine 2 responded and found a juvenile male with a fever and seizure activity. The patient was treated and transported to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center.
11:03 a.m. Station 1 and 2 were dispatched to PC Connection for an adult female with chest pain.

Ambulance 1 and Engine 2 responded and found an adult female complaining of chest pain. The patient was treated and transported to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center.
1:46 p.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to the Merrimack High School to standby to assist the Police Department.
Ambulance 1 responded and staged until cleared to approach by the Police Department. Upon arrival ambulance personnel found a female student with emotional issues. The patient was treated and transported to St. Joseph Hospital.
4:13 p.m.: Station 1 and 2 were dispatched to a single family residence on Longa Road for a fire alarm activation.
Engine 1 and 2 responded and found a false alarm smoke due to cooking.
Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012
8:48 a.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to a single family home on Valleyview Drive for an elderly male who was feeling sick.
Ambulance 1 responded and found an elderly male with general malaise. The patient was treated and transported to the Catholic Medical Center.
12:18 p.m.: Station 1 and 2 were dispatched to the Merrimack Premium Outlets Mall for a fire alarm activation.
Engine 1 and 2 responded and found a false alarm at the sprinkler system in the building 5 tower. The system was determined to be in need of repair. The Mall Maintenance department was advised to call the sprinkler contractor for repairs.
2:44 p.m.: Station 1 and 2 were dispatched to the Skyline Mall for an odor of gas.
Engine 1 and 2 responded and found an odor of mercaptan caused by an empty propane tank. The owners were advised to have the tank serviced by their propane supplier.
6:58 p.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to the Merrimack Police Station to check a subject in custody.
Ambulance 1 responded and found an adult female who had been involved in a domestic assault. The patient was assessed and refused transport.
10 p.m.: Station 1 and 2 were dispatched to the Robert Milligan FAA Center for an unknown medical emergency.
Ambulance 1 and Engine 2 responded and found an adult female feeling sick. The patient was assessed and refused transport.

12:11 a.m.: Station 1 and 2 were dispatched to a single family residence on Dahl Road for a medical alarm activation.
Ambulance 1 and Engine 2 responded and found an accidental activation, no medical issue found.
2:15 a.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to a single family residence on Daniel Webster Highway for an elderly female with bleeding from an animal bite.
Ambulance 1 responded and found an elderly female with bleeding from a cat scratch or bite. The patient was treated and refused transport.
10:16 a.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to the Residence Inn for an adult female who had fallen.
Ambulance 1 responded and found an adult female who had fallen. The patient was treated and refused transport.
11:05 a.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to a single family residence on Daniel Webster Highway for an elderly female requiring transport due to a previous animal scratch.
Ambulance 1 responded and found an elderly female requiring transport to the hospital for a previous animal scratch that her doctor required a tetanus shot be administered. The patient was treated and transported to the Catholic Medical Center.
7:04 p.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to stage at a residence on Cedar Lane for a domestic assault in progress.
Ambulance 1 responded and staged until cleared to approach the scene by Police. Upon arrival personnel found an adult female with injuries from an assault. The patient was assessed and refused transport.
