Friday, Dec. 07, 2012
6:55 a.m.: Station 1 and 2 were dispatched to a single family home on Craig Drive for an adult male with back pain.
Ambulance 1 and Engine 2 responded and found an adult male with severe back pain from a previous fall. The patient was treated and transported to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center
12:34 p.m.: Station 1 and 2 were dispatched to the Merrimack Premium Outlets Mall for an elderly female who had fainted.

Ambulance 1 and Engine 2 responded and found an elderly female who had fainted. The patient was assessed and refused transport.
12:48 p.m.: Station 1 and 2 were dispatched to the Merrimack Village District office for a fire alarm activation.

Engine 1 and 2 responded and found a false alarm due to a system malfunction. The system could not be restored and the property representative was advised to contact an alarm contractor for repairs.
1:20 p.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to a single family residence on Merrymeeting Drive for an adult female who had an irregular heartbeat.
Ambulance 1 responded and found an adult female with possible cardiac symptoms. The patient was treated and transported to the Catholic Medical Center.
10:11 p.m.: Station 1 and 2 were dispatched to the Mastricola Elementary School for a fire alarm activation.
Engine 1 and 2 responded and found a false alarm due to floor buffing. The system was reset and the cleaners were advised to place the alarm system out of service while floor buffing was in process.

7:04 p.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to a single family home on Baboosic Lake Road for an elderly female who had difficulty breathing.
Ambulance 1 and Engine 1 responded and found an elderly female with shortness of breath, difficulty breathing. The patient was treated and transported to St. Joseph Hospital.
10:27 p.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to the intersection of Greeley Street and Daniel Webster Highway for a reported motor vehicle accident.
Ambulance 1 and Engine 1 responded and found a 2 car motor vehicle accident. An adult male and teenaged female were assessed and refused transport.
11:56 p.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to the Merrimack American Legion Hall for an adult male who had fallen.
Ambulance 1 responded and found an adult male who had passed out and fallen due to a medical condition. The patient was treated and transported to the Catholic Medical Center.

8:05 a.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to the FE Everett Turnpike for a reported motor vehicle accident.
Ambulance 1 and Engine 1 responded and found a single car motor vehicle accident. Three adult occupants were evaluated and refused transport.
9:51 a.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to a single family residence on South Baboosic Lake Road for an adult female with chest and left arm pain.
Ambulance 1 and Engine 1 responded and found an adult female who no longer had any pain and did not want to be transported.
12:43 p.m.: Station 1 and 2 were dispatched to the Residence Inn Hotel and Suites for a fire alarm activation.
Engine 1 and 2 responded and found a false alarm in building 20 due to a faulty smoke detector. The system was reset and maintenance was advised to replace the detector.
