FIRE LOG: MFD Called to Portable Toilet Fire
Merrimack Fire and Rescue calls between March 4 and 7.

Monday March 4, 2013
5:42 a.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to a multi-family residence on Hummingbird Drive for an elderly female with chest pain.
Ambulance 1 responded and found an elderly female with chest pain, possible cardiac issues. The patient was treated and transported to St. Joseph Hospital
9:31 a.m.: Station 1 and 2 were dispatched to the intersection of Camp Sargent Road and Spruce Street for a reported motor vehicle accident.

Ambulance 1 and Engine 2 responded and found a two-car motor vehicle accident. An adult female was assessed and refused transport. An adult male was transported to the Southern New Hampshire Medical Center leg injuries.
12:44 p.m.: Station 1 and 2 were dispatched to the Merrimack Skate Park on O'Gara Drive for a reported fire in a portable outhouse.

Engine 1 responded and found an extinguished fire in a porta-potty. Engine 2 was placed in service to respond to another call and the Police Department and Fire Marshal conducted an investigation.
12:49 p.m.: Station 1 and 2 were dispatched to Any Lab Test Now for an adult male having a seizure.
Ambulance 1 and Engine 2 responded and found an adult male recovering from a seizure. The patient was treated and transported to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center.
3:54 p.m.: Station 1 and 2 were dispatched to standby for the police department for a possible domestic disturbance.
Ambulance 1 and Engine 2 responded and staged on Amherst Road. They were then cleared with no patient contact being needed.

2:03 p.m.: Station 1 and 2 were dispatched to 80 Premium Outlets Boulevard for a fire alarm activation.
Engine 1 and 2 responded and found a false alarm due to a system malfunction in Lane Bryant, unit 681. The system was reset and all units cleared.
3:32 p.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to a multi-family residence on Coventry Court for an elderly female with abdominal pain.
Ambulance 1 and Engine 1 responded and found an elderly female with abdominal pain. The patient was treated and transported to the Elliot Hospital.
9:59 p.m.: Station 1 and 2 were dispatched to a single family residence on Seaverns Bridge Road to stage for police.
Ambulance 1 and Engine 2 responded and staged for a domestic assault. Upon being cleared to enter by the police on scene an adult female was assessed for facial injuries from an assault. The patient refused transport against medical advice.

2:30 a.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to a single family residence on McElwain Street for an elderly female who had fallen.
Ambulance 1 and Engine 1 responded and found an elderly female with hip and head injuries due to a fall. The patient was treated and transported to Southern New Hampshire Medical Center.
3:12 p.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to a single family residence on McElwain Street for a lift assist.
Engine 1 responded and assisted the transfer of an elderly female from an AMR ambulance to her home.
11:16 a.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to the Pain Care Clinic for an adult male with back pain.
Ambulance 1 and Engine 1 responded and found an adult male with pain from a recent motor vehicle accident. The patient was treated and transported to the Catholic Medical Center.
6:27 p.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to a single family residence on Wire Road for a fire alarm activation.
Engine 1 responded and found a homeowner who stated there was no fire, the alarm was set off by smoke from cooking.

7:22 a.m.: Station 1 and 2 were dispatched to 80 Premium Outlets Boulevard for a fire alarm activation.
Engine 1 and 2 responded and found a false alarm due to construction for a new tenant in Unit 181. The system was reset and all units cleared.
1:56 p.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to the Merrimack Mobil Station for an adult female with difficulty breathing.
Ambulance 1 and Engine 1 responded and found an adult female with difficulty breathing and arm numbness. The patient was treated and transported to the Catholic Medical Center
1:59 p.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to a single family residence on Fernwood Drive for an elderly female an unknown medical emergency.
Ambulance 2 and Engine 1 responded and found an elderly female with respiratory problems. The patient was treated and transported to the Southern New Hampshire Medical Center.
2:32 p.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to a multi-family residence on East Ridge Road for an adult male needing a lift assist.
Engine 1 responded and found an adult male needing help into his home after being discharged from a hospital. The subject was assisted into his home with no further issues.
8:39 p.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to a single-family residence on Chocorua Lane for a fire alarm activation.
Engine 1 responded and found a homeowner who stated there was no fire, the alarm was set off by steam from a shower.
11:51 p.m.: Station 1 was dispatched to a single family residence on Hartwood Drive for an adult female with back pain.
Ambulance 1 responded and found an adult female with back pain.. The patient was treated and transported to the Southern New Hampshire Medical Center
