Fluffy and Gidget Looking for Quiet Homes

Meet this week's Pets of the Week from the Humane Society for Greater Nashua.

Gidget

I’m a charming cat who is 8 years young just waiting for my forever family to walk through the door! I just love people and am as sweet as can be – whether it be asking for some affection, or sitting next to you while you’re working on the computer. You can find me in the office here at the Humane Society where I like to supervise everything that is going on. I like people so much that I think I would prefer to be your only pet so I can get all of the love that I know I deserve, and would rather not live with young children. I started life as a stray kitty, and know I’ll end it as a pampered princess – won’t you come take a gentle soul like me home today? Don’t forget, all new adopters receive a free first visit to your choice of 16 area vets.

Fluffy

Hey there! I’m a 5-year-old kitty who is looking for someone to love me. I’m a gorgeous girl who doesn’t quite live up to my name since my fur is short (how silly is that?), but I think that you’ll be drawn in by my beautiful black and white markings if I do say so myself! I’m independent and won’t ask for much other than food and a warm bed. I enjoy perching somewhere nice and high where I can watch the world pass me by, and would really like a quiet home preferably with older children who will understand when I just feel like lounging around. If you bring out a toy for me to chase you’ll see my other side though, since I playing with toys is one of my favorite things ever! Come meet me today at The Humane Society for Greater Nashua at 24 Ferry Road in Nashua. Like all the pets at HSFN I am spayed, micro-chipped and up to date on all vaccines.

To adopt these pets, contact the Humane Society for Greater Nashua (HSFN), 24 Ferry Road, Nashua.  Hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday noon to 5 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.  The shelter is closed every Wednesday.
