Fonzy and Nathan Looking for a Home for Holidays
Meet this week's Pets of the Week from the Humane Society for Greater Nashua.
Fonzy
It’s me, the Fonz! Just like my namesake, I love to give thumbs up, and you will be impressed with my big double paws … and that’s only one of the many cute things about me! I’m 8 years old and came here when my family couldn’t keep me anymore, and as one of the shelter’s longer-term residents my adoption fee is waived. I’ve made some good kitty friends here, but they’ve all been adopted so now it’s my turn! I’ve started to come out of my shell, and you can find me hanging out in the Bachelor Pad looking cool. I’ve been greeting visitors as they enter lately because I’m so ready to find a great home. I’m looking for a family of just adults or older kids who will give me some time to adjust and let me show you what a wonderful addition to your family I can be – so come check me out! Don’t forget, all new adopters receive a free first visit to your choice of 16 area vets.

Hi there! I’m your typical hound dog who’s as sweet and cute as can be! I’m active, playful and easy to walk, so we’re going to have some fun times together. I’d be best in an older child/adult household because I can be a bit nervous at times. I’m just a 10-month-old pup, so I could use experienced dog owners to train me and help me build my confidence since I’ve been in a shelter most of my short life. Recently I’ve been spending time at my foster home, and my foster mom has told everyone that I might just be the cuddliest dog that she ever met! I love playing with dogs in my foster home (both big and small), and in fact I really would do best with another dog around to play with and help me break out of my shell. I’d love to meet you and your family, and I think you’ll definitely love meeting me! Like all the pets at HSFN I am spayed, micro-chipped and up to date on all vaccines.
