The Parks and Recreation Department welcomes WZID for the 2nd annual Merrimack Block Party at Wasserman Park. Stop by Tuesday, June 18, from 6-8 p.m. for an evening of free food and entertainment. Refreshments will be provided by Bertuccis, Kona Ice and Cupcake Conspiracy.

The Summer Concert Series will continue in June with 6:30 p.m. performances by the Bel-Aires and Hunt & Allison on June 26. All concerts in the Summer Concert Series are free to the public. In the event of rain, the concerts will be held at Merrimack High School in the Little Theater.

The summer farmers market opens for the season today at the Tractor Supply parking lot, 515 Daniel Webster Highway. Stop in for local food and other New Hampshire-made goods. The farmers market runs from 3-6 p.m. on Wednesdays between June and September.
