Hudson Man Charged with Stalking

David Graziano is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday.

Merrimack Police arrested a Hudson man on a stalking charge on Monday.

David Graziano, 55, of 10 Sycamore St., was charged with stalking and criminal trespass. He was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to appear in Merrimack District Court on Tuesday to answer to the charges.

On Feb. 1, Merrimack Police received a complaint of stalking on Dahl Road in Merrimack. Upon arrival, a brief investigation was completed and officers determined that Graziano had gone to a residence on Dahl Road and made repeated attempts at communicating to a protected party in violation of a divorce decree.

Based on this information, an arrest warrant was completed for Graziano’s arrest. On Monday, he was taken into custody by the Hudson Police Department without incident. He was transported to the Merrimack Police Department where he was processed and charged with one count of stalking and trespass.
