LTE: Vote for Markwell, Boyd, Rothhaus

To the Editor:

I am supporting George Markwell for School Board, and Bill Boyd and Finlay Rothhaus for Town Council in the Town elections on Tuesday, April 8. At various times I have worked with all three.Each has shown a good grasp of the issues and creativity in working towards good solutions that benefit all citizens.We treat a difference of opinion as broad representation and an opportunity to seek new solutions.There has been fair consideration of taxpayers who may not be residents, such as the businesses that carry so much of our tax burden, but can't participate in local government.New Hampshire is run by volunteers who give generously of their time, wisdom, and experience.These are men who have demonstrated their willingness and ability to serve.Please join me in voting for George Markwell, Bill Boyd and Finlay Rothhaus on April 8.
