William A. Besk, 41, of 50 Camp Sargent Road in Washington, N.H., was charged with unsworn falsification for not disclosing a criminal record when he completed a state application, according to Merrimack police. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and he has a June 20 court date on the misdemeanor level offense. Besk turned himself into the department after a warrant for his arrest was issued.
