Man Charged in Road Rage Incident for Spitting on Driver
Police say man confronted driver twice while traveling Route 101A. The following information was provided by Merrimack Police. An arrest does not indicated a conviction.

Merrimack Police arrested a man on Monday who they say got into two separate altercations with a motorist while traveling along Route 101A, once right in front of the arresting officer.
Police arrested Lance Mullett, 34, of 29 Avery Circle, Winchester, on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal threatening and simple assault.
Police say an officer on a directed patrol for traffic enforcement on Route 101A at Continental Boulevard on Monday evening, witnessed an incident shortly before 5:30 p.m. where a man headed east stopped at the traffic light at the intersection exited the car and confronted the driver behind him.
During the confrontation police say Mullett spit in the face of the other driver.
The officer stopped the involved parties and learned the road rage incident began at the traffic just prior to Continental Boulevard where Mullett had gotten out of his vehicle confronting the other driver and threatening to punch the driver in the face.
Mullett was transported to the Merrimack Police Department where he was processed and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail. He was ordered to appear in the 9th Circuit District Division Merrimack Court on Nov. 5, to answer the charges.
