Man Charged With Assault, Interfering With Report of It
The following arrest information was provided by the Merrimack Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
A Merrimack man arrested on charges related to a domestic disturbance last week allegedly attempted to stop the report of the crime by stealing the phone from victim attempting to report it.
Mark Hagopian, 40, was charged with two counts of domestic assault, domestic criminal mischief and obstructing the report of a crime after police were called to a Davidson Road residence for the incident.
Merrimack Police they spoke with all involved parties and determined Hagopian pushed a member of the household and damaged property in the home. as well
as property was damaged within the house.
Hagopian was arrested and brought to the Merrimack Police Department where he was booked and released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail. He was ordered to appear in front of the 9th Circuit Court District Division in Merrimack on Friday, Feb. 22, to answer to the charges.

Also arrested recently were:
Jeffrey Boettner, 41, No.9-306 Bowers Landing Drive, Merrimack, on charges of operating with a suspended registrations operating after suspension. On Feb. 19, Merrimack Police stopped Boettner's car after it was observed operating in a suspicious manner on Bowers Landing Drive. During the license and records check it was discovered that Boettner’s license and vehicle registrations had been suspended by the State of New Hampshire for a default on a court summons, police say. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear before the 9th Circuit Court District Division in Merrimack. Boettner is scheduled to appear before the Merrimack 9th Circuit Court on March 7 to answer to the charges.

Douglas Bellamy-Crawford, 22 of 4 Oxford St., Merrimack, for operating after suspension, a second offense. On Sunday Feb. 17, at 12:57 a.m., Officer William Gudzinowicz stopped Bellamy-Crawford's vehicle on Amherst Road for a minor traffic infraction. After a brief investigation, Gudzinowicz found that Bellamy-Crawford was operating a motor vehicle while his drivers license had been suspended by the Director of Motor Vehicles. When checking into his history further it was found to be Bellamy-Crawford’s second offense for Operating after Suspension. He was charged at the Merrimack Police Department and released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail. He will have to appear before the 9th Circuit Court in Merrimack on March 7. This is the third arrest for Bellamy-Crawford on this charge since December. He was previously arrested in December and January also on charges of operating after suspension, a second offense..
Carolynn Kraus, 27, of 15 Cheney Drive, Hudson, was charge with violating a protective order. Kraus' 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser was stopped on Feb. 16, at 8:03 p.m. for a motor vehicle infraction. The officer conducted a motor vehicle records check indicating that there was a protective order on Kraus issued out of the Nashua District Court on Nov. 30, prohibiting her from having contact with a protected party. A brief investigation determined the passenger in Kraus’s vehicle was that protected party. Kraus was booked at the Merrimack Police Department, then transported to and held at the Valley Street jail pending her arraignment before the 9th Circuit Court District Division in Merrimack on Feb. 18.
