Man Charged With ID Theft, Forgery, Theft
Merrimack resident held on $10,000 cash bail.

A Merrimack man was charged last week for allegedly stealing money using forged checks at the local TD Bank branch.
Robert A. Cutter, 24, of 21 Douglas St., Merrimack, was arrested on March 15 on a local warrant for felony forgery, felony identity heft and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking.
The Criminal Investigation Bureau at the Merrimack Police Department began an investigation on Feb. 28 based on a report from the TD Bank, 300 D.W. Highway that claimed Cutter forged stolen checks, deposited the funds to open a TD Bank account and later made cash withdrawals from the same account.

Cutter was placed on $ 10,000 cash/surety bail and was transported to the Valley Street jail. Cutter was scheduled to appear in Milford's district court on March 18 to answer to the charges.
