Man Indicted for Trapping Woman in Walk-in Cooler
Kidnapping and habitual offender charges on list of February indictments.

Hillsborough County Superior Court released last week it's February indictments for those who are incarcerated. In addition to handing up indictments for Matthew Bobola, who we wrote about over the weekend, also indicted were:
Jose Hector Gomez-Zepeda, also known as Welvin, 30, last known address as the Strafford County House of Correction, was indicted on a kidnapping charge last week. On Nov. 23, according to court documents, Gomez-Zepeda allegedly blocked a woman from leaving a walk-in cooler, intending to sexually assault her. The charge is classified as a class B felony and carries a sentence of 3 ½ to 7 years in prison and up to $4,000 in fines.
Michael Roberge, 37, of 26 Four Seasons Lane, Merrimack, was indicted for operating a motor vehicle as a habitual offender. Roberge was arrested on Oct. 25, after police stopped the van he was driving on Turkey Hill Road and observed him switching seats with the female passenger in his car. Roberge's charged is considered a special felony and carries a sentence of up to 2 ½ to 5 years in prison.

An indictment isn't an indication of guilt, it is a decision that there is enough evidence to bring the case forward to trial.
