Merrimack Police: Nashua Man Stole Car From Auto Shop
Merrimack police said John Rundlett broke into a Merrimack automobile shop and stole a car.

MERRIMACK, NH -- A Nashua man was arrested after police said he broke into a Merrimack automobile shop and stole a vehicle. John Rundlett, 55, of Nashua, was charged with burglary, theft and criminal mischief, according to Merrimack Police Lieutenant Dean KillKelley. Rundlett had been wanted in connection with summer theft at an automobile business on the Daniel Webster Highway, according to KillKelley. He was arrested Friday in Nashua on an unrelated charge and turned over to Merrimack police.
KillKelley said auto shop theft happened July 25.
"Employees arrived for work they discovered a damaged window and inside the building several items were thrown about," KillKelley said in a statement. "Officers reviewed surveillance video from the business which showed a male subject, later identified as John Rundlett, entering the building by forcing his way in through a side window. Once inside the building Rundlett took a set of keys to a vehicle which was in for service, Rundlett later left the building and stole the vehicle from the parking lot. The vehicle was later recovered in Nashua."
