Manchester Man Arrested on Pot Charge
Suspicious truck near sewer pump house prompts Merrimack police response, and leads to charge filed.
Merrimack police arrested a Manchester man April 2 and charged him with possession of marijuana.
Police said Paul Beaudet, 19, of 15 English Village Way, Manchester, was released on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and has a court date of April 22 on the charge.
Officers received a call of a suspicious pickup truck parked near a sewer pump house off Railroad Avenue and found the vehicle empty upon arriving at the scene. Police said Beaudet came walking from the nearby railroad track and, after a brief investigation, police said he was in possession of marijuana.
