Manchester Man Charged With Theft at Outlets
Police were called to the Merrimack Premium Outlets on Nov. 16 for a shoplifter attempting to flee security guard.

A Manchester man who attempted to flee from a Merrimack Premium Outlets security guard after allegedly shoplifting from Sak's Off 5th store, was arrested Friday.
William Delisle, 19, of 515 Lincoln St., Unit 1, Manchester, was charged with theft-shoplifting, when police say they found him in possession of several items from the Sak's Off 5th Outlet store in Merrimack that they say he didn't pay for.
Police responded to the Merrimack Premium Outlets on Friday for a report of a shoplifter that was fleeing from a mall security officer.
The security officer identified the subject to the responding officers. After a brief investigation, officers were able to confirm that Delisle had removed merchandise from Saks without paying and fled the store, at which time Delisle was taken into custody by
Delisle was placed on $5,000 cash bail. He is scheduled to appear in Merrimack District Court to answer to the charge.
