Manchester Woman Who Rolled SUV Charged With DWI
The following arrest information was provided by Merrimack Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

A Manchester woman was arrested on Sunday for drunken driving after rolling a vehicle, sending her passenger to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Jessica A. Graham, 22, of Varney Street, Manchester, was charged with operating under the influence of liquor and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Merrimack police and fire personnel responded to Tanger Court at 6:29 p.m. on July 21, for a report of a motor vehicle rollover. Police say when they arrived, they found a sports utility vehicle had struck a large boulder and was resting on its side.

Police noted signs of impairment while talking with the driver, Graham, and further investigation determined she was intoxicated.
Her passenger, an unidentified man, had been trapped in the vehicle. He was subsequently transported to an area hospital by a family member for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

Graham was later released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail. She is scheduled to appear before the the 9th Circuit Court, Merrimack District Division, on Aug. 2.
Also arrested recently were:
Katrina M. Twardosky, 21, of Grape Avenue, Gilmanton, was arrested July 23 on a warrant based on a theft report filed July 13. She was charged with theft by unauthorized taking. It is alleged Twardosky entered a friend's home, stole a Bank of America debit card and tried to use it to purchase cigarettes in Bedford, but was unsuccessful. Twardosky was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in the 9th Circuit Court, Merrimack District Division, on Aug. 12.
Dianna Mulholland, 55, of 64 Front St., Merrimack, on a charge of violating a protective order. Police say Mullholland was arrested on Monday, July 22, based on a report rom earlier in the day by the protected party. Mullholland allegedly contacted the person by phone, violating the domestic violence petition against her. She was not offered bail and was transported to Hillsborough County Department of Corrections – Valley Street Jail – and was scheduled for arraignment in the 9th Circuit Court, Merrimack District Division, on Tuesday, July 23.
Jordan Eldridge, 28, was charged with two counts of domestic simple assault and two counts of domestic criminal mischief on Saturday, July 20. Police responded to a residence on Turkey Hill Road just before midnight for a reported domestic altercation. They arrested Eldridge based on statements taken and evidence collected at the residence. He was released on $4,000 personal recognizance bail and ordered to appear in the 9th Circuit Court, Merrimack District Division, on July 23.
