Marco Rubio Visits NH

U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio, the Florida Republican considered a potential presidential candidate in 2016, is visiting New Hampshire on Friday.

The New Hampshire Republican Party has a private reception with Rubio at The Copper Door Restaurant in Bedford at 11:45 a.m. May 9.

The NHGOP host committee is led by former U.S. Sen. Judd Gregg and his wife Kathy Gregg.

Tickets to the event are $500, and sponsorships were being sold for $1,000 and $2,500, according to the Republican Party.

Rubio is a guest Friday night at the Rockingham County Republican Committee's Freedom Founder's dinner at the Wentworth-by-the-Sea in New Castle.
