Mass. Man Faces OUIL Charge in Crash
The driver was charged with operating under the influence May 4.
Merrimack police have arrested a Massachusetts man on a charge of operating under the influence after an accident off the Daniel Webster Highway on May 4.
Police said Joshua Holladay, 25, of 12 Church St., North Chelmsford, Mass., was charged after he drove a 2010 Honda Accord off the road and into trees and a utility pole set in the woods.
Holladay was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and has a court date of May 13 on the charge.
