Memorial Day Parade, Closures in Merrimack

Merrimack Town Hall is closed May 26 in observance of Memorial Day.

The annual Memorial Day Parade is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. Monday. The route:

• Starts at Rite Aid on Daniel Webster Highway

• Ends at Baboosic Lake Road at Last Rest Cemetery, where Memorial Day ceremonies will be held.

• Wreath laying ceremonies will be performed along the parade route at the Fraser Square Monument and the Civil War Monument in front of the First Congregational Church. 

• Following the parade, Memorial Day services will be conducted at the Last Rest Cemetery lasting approximately 45 minutes.
