Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy (VAT) is a science-based and evidence-based treatment that uses gentle body vibrations and sound to reduce stress, relieve pain, restore balance, and improve quality of life.
VAT works by stimulating the body’s cells and tissues with low-frequency sound waves. These sound waves cause the cells to vibrate, which in turn creates a therapeutic effect.

In addition to wellness services, Mystic Market’s retail store will feature locally handcrafted items as well as crystals, oracle cards, candles, incense, lotions, and more. The products have been carefully selected to enrich customers’ mindfulness practices and daily wellness routines.
