Merrimack Crime Roundup: June 28-July 6
Several arrests were reported by Merrimack police in the past week.

MERRIMACK, NH — The following arrests have been reported by the Merrimack Police Department in the past week. Arrests do not indicate guilt. The names of any minors have been omitted.
Tuesday, July 2 — Philip Walsh, 30, of Merrimack, turned himself in on a warrant for charges of conduct after an accident, driving after suspension and breach of bail. Police say he was involved in a hit-and-run accident at the Merrimack Premium Outlets on May 20.
Sarah Vaskelionis, 37, with no fixed address, was charged with criminal mischief, theft of services, receiving stolen property and breach of bail conditions. Police say she injured herself while breaking a window to get into a Merrimack home and was taken to the hospital. A driver hired by Vaskelionis also told police her card was declined when she attempted to pay for the transportation service.

Wednesday, July 3 — Chad Michael Arsenault, 42, of Merrimack, was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of drugs and possession of heroin. Police say a vehicle he was driving crashed into a tree in the area of McQuestion Road and Merrymeeting Drive.
Thursday, July 4 — Robert Lowry, 53, of Merrimack, was charged with two counts of OUIL. Police say he showed signs of impairment after being pulled over for a vehicle infraction on Daniel Webster Highway.

Friday, July 5 — Paolo Sorribas, 23, of Rockaway Beach, New York, was charged with two counts of OUIL. Police say he showed signs of impairment after being pulled over for a vehicle infraction in the area of Continental Boulevard, near Tallant Road.
Saturday, July 6 — James Heath, 35, of Merrimack, was arrested on a warrant on a misdemeanor criminal threatening charge. Police say he threatened a person in a hotel earlier that evening.
