Merrimack Man Arrested for Selling Heroin
Police say they've been investigating him for months in connection with heroin sales made around Merrimack.

A Merrimack man is being held on $100,000 cash-only bail following his arrest for possession and sale of heroin.
Merrimack Police arrested Timothy Deichler, 34, of 86 Wire Road, Merrimack, on Wednesday after a months-long investigation into Deichler for his role in the sale of heroin in the Merrimack area. They say a lengthy investigation that involved the criminal investigation bureau and the New Hampshire State Police came to a head on Wednesday when they executed as search warrant of Deichler's Wire Road home and his car.
He was charged with three counts of unlawful sale of a controlled drug, heroin, and a count of possession with intent to distribute.

Police say when they searched his property, they seized a quantity of heroin and packaging used to distribute the drug.
He is being held in Hillsborough County House of Correction, also known as Valley Street Jail, on $100,000 cash-only bail. His probable cause hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, March 26 in Merrimack's district court.
