Merrimack Man Charged With Domestic Violence
Merrimack police Jason Grenier hit and individual in the face and tried to prevent the person from calling 911.

MERRIMACK, NH — A Merrimack man was arrested last week after police said he assaulted an individual then tried to prevent the person from calling 911. Jason Grenier (pictured), 40, was charged with domestic violence and obstructing the report of a crime.
Police said the incident happened August 7 at a Wire Road residence. Grenier "struck the victim in the face as he attempted pull a phone from (the victim's) hand in an effort to prevent (the victim) from calling 911," police said.
Grenier was released on $2,000 bail pending an arraignment August 16 in Merrimack District Court.
