Merrimack Man Charged with Assault, Obstructing Report of Crime
The following information was provided by the Merrimack Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

A Merrimack man was held in lieu of cash bail after he was arrested Thursday when police were called to his home for a domestic disturbance.
Jamie Martin, 52, of Lantern Lane was charged on July 18 with two counts of simple assault and obstructing the report of a crime.
When they arrived at the home, police say their investigation determined Martin had assaulted a family member at the residence and then interfered when that person attempted to call police.
He was held overnight in the Hillsborough County House of Correction – Valley Street Jail – in lieu of $2,500 cash-only bail pending arraignment in Nashua's district court on July 19.
