Merrimack Man Charged With Domestic Assault

A Merrimack man was arrested on Wednesday, charged for assaulting someone at a local business.

Vincent Massua, 56, of Profile Drive, Merrimack, was charged with domestic simple assault on Feb. 26, 2 shortly before 7 p.m. Police say they were called to a local business for a report of a domestic assault.

A brief investigation indicated Massua assaulted another person at 454 Daniel Webster Highway. He was processed at the Merrimack Police Department and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail. Massua  is ordered to appear in the 9^th Circuit Court District Division in Merrimack on March 7, to answer the charge.
