Merrimack Man Charged With Stealing Ladder
Theft allegedly occurred at the Merrimack Wastewater Treatment Facility at the beginning of February.

A Merrimack man was held in Valley Street Jail following his arrest on Tuesday for theft by unauthorized taking.
Tyler Letourneau, 21, of 302 Continental Blvd., Merrimack, was arrested on Tuesday charged with stealing a ladder from the Merrimack Waste Water Treatment Facility.
Merrimack Police say their investigation began on Feb. 6 when they received the report of the theft, which was allegedly witnessed by an employee at the facility. With the information given to police about the theft, police say they were able to develop Letourneau as a suspect.

He was held on $500 cash bail, which he could not post, pending his arraignment before the 9th Circuit Court District Division in Merrimack on Wednesay, March 6.
