Merrimack Man Indicted for Intent to Distribute Heroin
Hillsborough County Superior Court South indictments for May.

The following people were indicted by a grand jury in the Hillsborough County Superior Court South in Nashua in May.
Timothy S. Deichler, 34, of 86 Wire Road, Merrimack, was indicted on a charge of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute. He was arrested on March 20, for having in his possession at least a gram of heroin in a baggie in his motor vehicle. If convicted, he faces 10-20 years in state prison, for the felony charge, and up to $300,000 in fines.

Jennifer Demers, 31, of 24 Thornton Road, Merrimack, was indicted on two charges of possession of a narcotic drug, a second offense. According to court documents, Demers was arrested on March 24 in Nashua where she was knowingly in possession of amphetamine and having been previously convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Merrimack District Court in 2010. If convicted, she faces up to 15 years in prison and up to $50,000 in fines for each of the drug felonies.
Demers was also indicted on misdemeanor counts of theft by unauthorized taking and possession of a controlled drug. Court documents say Demers was arrested on March 24 for stealing jewelry worth less than $1,000 from Kohl’s in Nashua. She was also found to be in possession of marijuana during this incident. For each of the misdemeanors, she faces up to 12 months in jail and up to $2,000 in fines.

Lynn Johnston, 44, of 39 Foxwood Circle, Manchester, was indicted on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking, a class B felony, for allegedly taking two pairs of jeans from Sak’s 5th Avenue’s Off Fifth outlet in Merrimack on Oct. 14. According to court documents, Johnston was previously convicted of theft by unauthorized taking on March 21, 1996, out of Derry District Court and theft by deception on July 14, 1993, out of Nashua District Court. If convicted, she faces 3 ½-7 years in prison and up to $4,000 in fines.
30, of 86 Wire Road, Merrimack, was indicted on a charge of operating as a habitual offender. She was arrested on April 9 in Merrimack for driving a vehicle on Bedford Road, despite having been certified as a habitual offender. If convicted, she faces 2-5 years in prison.
