Merrimack Man Indicted On Rape Charges: Hillsborough County Superior Court Indictment Roundup
Hudson man indicted on child sexual abuse images possession, manufacturing, distribution charges; man indicted on Nashua gun threat charges.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the people listed below.
Barbara Callahan, 60, of Joppa Road in Merrimack, on a felony operating while deemed a habitual offender-subsequent charge. She was accused of driving a Kia Sorrento north on the Everett Turnpike in Nashua on Feb. 23 after being deemed a habitual offender in August 2019 by the NH DMV. Previously, according to the indictment, Callahan was convicted of habitual offender in February 2020 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Angela Cassettari, 57, of Prospect Street in Gloucester, Massachusetts, on issuing bad checks and theft of services charges, both felonies. She was accused of issuing a check for more than $1,501 to MacMulkin Chevrolet in Nashua on April 25, 2024, knowing the account was closed.
Damir Cosic, 36, of Log Street in Manchester, on possession of fentanyl and heroin mix, possession of methamphetamine, and unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle or rented property. The drug possession charge involved an incident in Merrimack on Sept. 18, 2024. Cosic was also accused of possessing a 2022 Toyota RAV4 owned by Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where he failed to comply with the terms of the agreement, between Aug. 31 and Sept. 18, 2024, in Merrimack.

Nathan Donahue, 30, of Hanover Street in Manchester, on criminal threatening-deadly weapon and reckless conduct-deadly weapon charges, both felonies. He was placed others in danger when he drew and raised a firearm and pulled the slide back, before saying, “Put him in a box,” or words to that effect, while standing in a group of people in Nashua on Aug. 25, 2024, according to indictments. Dwayne Douglas Dumont, 25, of Roundtree Drive in Merrimack, on two felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault. He was accused of raping an intimate partner on July 15, 2023, in Merrimack.
Kelly Duquette, 52, of Front Street in Nashua, on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge on Jan. 20 in Nashua.

Stephen Schreiber, 33, of Gorman Avenue in Hudson, on manufacturing child sexual abuse images, distribution of child sexual abuse images, and 10 possession of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He created a visual representation of a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct while printing photos of children at Walgreens in Hudson, according to the indictment. Schreiber also possessed 10 photos and videos on Jan. 4 in Hudson, according to the indictment.
Andrew Small, 42, of Hanover Street in Manchester, on theft by deception and two forgery charges, all felonies. He was accused of uttering a check for $2,872.16 and $2.472.16 drawn from Unicorn Opco LLC that was not authorized to defraud Santander Bank in Nashua on July 20, 2021.
George Smith, 55, of Howard Street in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges on March 8 and April 22 in Nashua. He was previously convicted of drug possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in May 2024.
Neal C. Turner Jr., 45, of Riverside Street in Portland, Maine, on a felony indecent exposure and lewdness charge. He was accused of exposing his genitals in Hudson on Jan. 10 after previously being convicted on two or more offenses: indecent conduct in York Maine District Court in March 2020, indecent conduct in Cumberland Maine District Court in February 2021, and two counts of indecent exposure and lewdness with two prior convictions in Rockingham County Superior Court in October 2023.
