Merrimack Police Arrest 2 On DUI Charges
Merrimack police said Milton Irizarry and Melissa Cruz were arrested after witnesses reported they were driving erratically.

MERRIMACK, NH — Merrimack police arrested two individuals on drunken driving charges in recent days after witness reported they were driving erratically. Milton Irizarry, 44, of Manchester, and Melissa Cruz, 44, of Merrimack, were charged with operating under the influence of liquor.
Irizarry was arrested Sunday at about 1:30 a.m. after a witness called police and said he was driving erratically near Baboosic Lake. An officer responded and pulled him over in the area of Madeline Bennett Road.
"While speaking with Irizarry, the officer observed signs of possible impairment," police said in a statement, adding Irizarry was subsequently arrested.

Cruz was arrested Friday at about 9:30 p.m. after a witness reported she was driving erratically on Bedford Road. An officer responded, pulled her over on the Daniel Webster Highway and placed her under arrest.
The pair were released on bond pending arraignments Jan. 29 in Merrimack District Court.
