Merrimack Police: July 4th Drunk Driver Arrested
Merrimack police said Cathleen Ann Soucy-Smith was driving drunk along the Daniel Webster Highway.
MERRIMACK, NH — A Merrimack woman was arrested for drunk driving July 4, police said Friday. Cathleen Ann Soucy-Smith (pictured), 46, committed a driving infraction at about 1:20 a.m. near Front Street and was pulled over by an officer, police said.
"While speaking with Soucy-Smith, the officer observed signs of impairment," Merrimack police Sergeant Richard McKenzie said in a statement.
Soucy-Smith was released on $1,000 bail pending an arraignment July 12 in Merrimack District Court.
