Merrimack Police Log: 4 Arrests On Christmas

Merrimack police said officers arrested individuals charged with crimes ranging from strangulation to criminal mischief.

MERRIMACK, NH — Merrimack police over the Christmas holiday arrested four individuals charged with crimes ranging from strangulation to criminal mischief. These incidents were included in the latest Merrimack police log. Individuals arrested are presumed innocent.

Brandon Kindlimann (top left), 22, was charged with criminal mischief. Police said the victims in the case told officers Kindlimann arrived late for the holiday dinner Dec. 25 and was asked to leave. "It was learned that as Kindlimann was leaving the residence, he kicked a lower window causing both the outside and inside panes of glass to shatter." Kindlimann was arrested Dec. 26 on a warrant and released on bond pending an arraignment.

Patrick Smith (bottom right), 38, of Newton, was charged with two counts of second-degree assault (strangulation), domestic violence and interfering with the report of a crime. Police said the victim told officers Smith strangled the victim and punched the victim in the mouth at a local hotel Dec. 25. Smith was held on $10,000 bond pending an arraignment.

Sarah Vaskelionis (bottom left), 36, of Manchester, was charged with criminal mischief, trespassing, breach of bail and resisting arrest. Police said on Dec. 25, individuals reported Vaskelionis was trespassing at a residence. Officers found her in a bedroom and she resisted arrest while showing signs of alcohol intoxication, police said. "Further investigation revealed that Vaskelionis had gained entry into the residence by damaging a garage window," police said in a statement. She was released on bond pending an arraignment.
