MERRIMACK, NH — Merrimack police recently arrested a Nashua man at the town's VFW post on the Daniel Webster Highway. Ricky Comtois (pictured), 50, was taken into custody on a warrant for criminal threatening. He was accused of threatening another man at the man's apartment in June.Police said on August 19, officers received a tip Comtois was at the VFW and he was taken into custody without incident.
