Merrimack Teen Arrested for Stealing Red Bull
The following arrest information was provided by the Merrimack Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

A Merrimack teenager was arrested on Sunday evening on a warrant for theft in which police say he stole two cans of Red Bull from a local convenience store.
Matthew Hough, 17, of 7 Colman Path, Merrimack, was arrested on a warrant for theft by willful concealment, which was issued after police began an investigation on Nov. 4 into a reported theft from Mobil on the Run.
Police say an employee at the store witnessed Hough steal two cans of Red Bull and it was also caught on surveillance camera.

Hough was released on $750 personal recognizance bail and is due in Merrimack district court on Nov. 27.

On Nov. 9, members of the Merrimack Police Department responded to a residence on Colman Path for the report of a domestic disturbance in progress. Upon arrival responding officers determined a juvenile physically assaulted two family members during an argument. The juvenile was later released to an uninvolved family member and juvenile petitions for domestic related simple assault will be forthcoming.

Dominiq Russell, 22, or 61 Valahala Road, Milford, was charged with harassment contacting a person he'd been advised to avoid. Police say Russell was arrested in Milford and held on a warrant out of Merrimack. Russell was transported to the Merrimack Police Department where he was processed and later released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail. He is scheduled to appear in Merrimack district court on Nov. 27.
